Southwest Airlines Pilot Left Unimpressed After Passengers AirDrop Nudes: Watch

As Complex revealed on Tuesday (August 30), one of TikTok’s latest trends appears to be AirDropping nudes to strangers on flights in the guise of creating a viral video.

A recently uploaded video on the app revealed that a Southwest Airlines flight headed for Cabo San Lucas was nearly turned around after patrons on board began AirDropping him inappropriate, explicit photos of themselves. It remains unclear how many people partook in the antics, though it was enough for the matter to be addressed over the PA system.

“So here’s the deal, if this continues while we’re on the ground, I’m going to have to pull back to the gate, everybody’s going to have to get off, we’re going to have to get security involved and [your] vacation is going to be ruined,” the pilot can be heard saying over the intercom in the TikTok.

“So you folks, whatever that AirDrop thing is, quit sending naked pictures, and let’s get yourself to Cabo,” he concluded, which seemed to be enough to get all passengers in line before take off.

In a statement shared with the NY Post, Southwest Airlines said, “The safety, security and wellbeing of Customers and Employees is the Southwest Team’s highest priority at all times.”

“When made aware of a potential problem, our employees address issues to support the comfort of those travelling with us.”

The most recent incident follows one of a similar manner from June when a viral TikTok caught a flight attendant confronting a man on yet another Southwest flight for AirDropping photos of his penis to others on board. At the time, the man told the flight attendant he was “just having a little fun.”

Diddy’s Shares “Dream” Moment Working With Dr. Dre In The Studio

Diddy’s accomplished many things in 30 plus year career. He’s worked with nearly every chart-topping artist and producer from the 1990s to the 2020’s. But one lifelong dream he’s had since being an aspiring, young mogul in the music game was to work alongside Dr. Dre. When asked who he’d want to go up against in a Verzuz battle, Puff was adamant that Dr. Dre was the only component fit to challenge him. “Only person I would do is dre,” he commented.

Though a Dr. Dre and Diddy Verzuz is not likely to happen, the Bad Boy exec did get a chance to work alongside the legendary producer, making one of his “biggest dreams” come true. On Tuesday, Diddy shared the exciting moment, writing, “Yesterday, one of my biggest dreams finally came true. I remember the first time I heard @DrDre’s production. It gave me clear direction on the level of Producer that I wanted to be. Last night, I got the chance to work with this man and to see his genius as he coached me through vocals.”

The iconic session was enough to inspire the “Gotta Move On” star to level up his production skills. “He reminded me of myself, but with a different style and way more focused. I gotta step my focus up! lol But it was a great experience and I thank God for it. I hope one day ya’ll get to have the same experience with someone that you always looked up to as a hero,” Diddy shared.

Dre has been spotted in several studio sessions in recent months, including two with Kanye West. He also made his way on to DJ Khaled’s God Did album, producing the remix of Ye’s “Use This Gospel” featuring Eminem. Khaled said of the collab, Look, produced by Dr. Dre & ICU, this is a gift, this is a gift from Kanye, Dre, and Eminem. This is a gift, not just to me, to the world.”

Khloé Kardashian Opens Up About Being A Mother Of Two Kids With Tristan Thompson

Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson welcomed their second child together via surrogate earlier this month, and though the co-parents have been met with their share of struggles in the past, the reality starlet sounds optimistic about the future in her latest interview, featured in Elle on Tuesday (August 30).

“Being able to shape little people into really incredible big people is an honour and a gift,” the 38-year-old shared of her experience taking care of 4-year-old True and her unnamed baby boy.

Kardashian continued, “I know it’s cliché, but I love everything, even the hard parts [of parenting]. It’s super scary, but I take my job very seriously.”

“We have to take those roles seriously, especially in today’s day and age, with how much accessibility children have and the information they’re exposed to so young,” the California-born entrepreneur reminded readers.

As Page Six notes, it was in November of last year when the mother of two and her NBA star beau conceived their son via surrogate – just one month before Kardashian found out about the Canadian’s latest cheating escapades.

Thompson fathered another little boy, named Theo, with model Maralee Nichols during his relationship with the Good American founder, and although he initially denied his paternity, the latest reports reveal that the father of four has been paying child support for his second youngest.

For her part, Kardashian began a romance with a private equity investor introduced to her by older sister Kim in the later months of her surrogate’s pregnancy, though things between them eventually fizzled out – read more about that here, and tap back in with HNHH later for more pop culture news updates.

Cradle Of Filth say their collaboration with Ed Sheeran is underway: “He’s done some of it”

A Cradle Of Filth and Ed Sheeran collaboration could be here soon, with the metal outfit’s frontman Dani Filth revealing both parties are progressing with work on a joint song.

In an interview with Knotfest (via Revolver), Filth says the band and Sheeran are inching closer to putting out a collaborative track. “We still have yet to finish our song with Ed Sheeran,” he explained.

“He’s done some of it, but then he had a baby, and then he got obviously sidetracked with that and doing whatever Ed does, which is play massive shows around the globe,” Filth added. “He’s not at our beck and call. But he is gonna finish it, he assures me. Actually, I spoke to him quite recently.”

According to Filth, there’s currently no release date for the song. “It’ll be released when it’s finished,” he said.

The idea for the collaboration between the symphonic death metal outfit and the ‘Shape Of You’ star first came about last year. Sheeran said he might one day write a heavy metal album, revealing he “was really into death metal as a kid” and listened to Cradle Of Filth and Slipknot. His comment prompted a reply on Instagram from Filth, who said: “I’ll believe it when I see it.”

The following month, Filth revealed he had “actually been emailing” with Sheeran, suggesting the musicians were moving toward creating something together.

An interview earlier this year saw Filth share an update on the progress of his band’s work with Sheeran. “The thing that interests me, if we would undertake [the collaboration], the juxtaposition between what we do and what he does,” he said at the time. “I think it’s a bit of a challenge to undertake.”

When the track finally arrives, it won’t mark the first time Sheeran has collaborated with a heavier artist. Earlier this year, Sheeran teamed up with Bring Me The Horizon on a metalcore version of Sheeran’s ‘Bad Habits’, which they premiered at this year’s BRIT Awards. Last weekend (August 27), Sheeran joined Bring Me The Horizon on stage at Reading Festival 2022 to perform their rework of Sheeran’s mega hit.

Cradle Of Filth released their 13th studio album, ‘Existence Is Futile’ in October 2021. While recording the album, the Suffolk outfit came up with the concept for their own brand of “satanic” teas, saying at the time: “If anything this weird space of time known as ‘lockdown’ has taught us, is that literally everything can be mollified with a really good cup of tea.”

M.I.A. says she waited “years” for Doja Cat and Nicki Minaj features on ‘Mata’, may “leak it myself”

M.I.A. has partially attributed the lengthy time between the announcement and arrival of forthcoming album ‘Mata’ to waiting on guest verses from other artists, and confirmed the record will arrive in September – one way or another.

“Coming soon I promise,” M.I.A. wrote in an Instagram Story on her account on August 30, alongside a snippet of what appears to be new music, which you can listen to below. “I had to wait 2 years for a Doja Cat verse…. Then a Nicki one… Then a…. Never mind,” she added. “If Mata isn’t out [September] I will leak it myself.”

When it arrives, ‘Mata’ will mark the longest time M.I.A. has gone between releasing records. Her most recent album, ‘AIM’, landed back in September of 2016. Since then, she’s released a handful of standalone singles (2017’s ‘POWA’, 2020’s ‘CTRL’) and featured on Travis Scott‘s ‘Franchise’ alongside Young Thug.

Late last year, she revealed her sixth album’s title in a video on Instagram where she parodied Facebook announcing that their company would now be called Meta. “To reflect where I am and what we want to build, I’m proud to announce, starting today, my LP is now ‘Mata’.

We’ve heard a few previews of ‘Mata’ thus far this year. Lead single ‘The One’ arrived in May, while ‘Popular’ following in August. This month also saw M.I.A. preview an as-yet unreleased song from the album, with the track featuring in an episode of Netflix series Never Have I Ever.

“I think there’s a bit of a battle on the record,” M.I.A. said when speaking to Apple Music’s Zane Lowe about ‘Mata’ earlier this year. “There is a bit of a clash, but the clash is like your ego and spirituality. Those are the clashes. Because as a musician, you need some ego, otherwise you can’t do it.”

In a four-star review of previous album ‘AIM’, NME said the record “contains some of [M.I.A.’s] most relaxed and reflective work”, adding that the “wit and inventiveness” with which she confronts topics like “injustice and immigration” serves as “a welcome reminder that there’s no other artist quite like her”.

Charli Baltimore Wrote A Rap About Biggie Cheating On Her After Snooping Through His Phone

We’ve seen the hoopla surrounding Irv Gotti as BET’s Murder Inc docuseries has moved from one episode to the next, and the show is highlighting an artist who was once an “it” girl in Rap. Charli Baltimore emerged in the 1990s and would deliver classics like “Feel It,” “Stand Up” featuring Ghostface Killah, and her collaboration with labelmate Ja Rule, “Down Ass Chick.”

Because she was making waves on the Murder Inc roster, fans weren’t surprised to hear her share her story in the docuseries. In a clip, Charli explained that she was motivated to make a change in her life after becoming a teenage mom, and she took a second shot at rapping while dating Christopher “The Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace.

“I met Big at a show in Philly and we were just friends in the beginning and kinda developed into a relationship,” the rapper recalled. “I had broke into his phone and somehow got his password to his phone. It was like, all these like, random girls on there saying all this stuff. So, I wrote every girl’s name down that I had from the voicemail and made like, a whole rap including all their names and sh*t.”

“By the time I spit it, I was laughing and so was he,” she added. “In his mind, he’s like, you know, you really got some talent and you should really keep trying to write a rhyme every day, and let’s see what comes of it.”

Charli said that Big wanted to “start a group called The Commission,” but his untimely death curbed those aspirations. However, his partner made good and signed her to her first deal.

Watch Charli Baltimore share stories of Biggie below, including how she came up with her Rap moniker.

Vivica Fox Is Concerned With Nick Cannon Having So Many Kids: “I Just Don’t Like It”

With each announcement of Nick Cannon having a child on the way comes emotional reactions. At this point, the number of children that Cannon has—including those on the way—has been heavily debated, as it is rumored that both Alyssa Scott and Abby De La Rosa are also both pregnant by the media mogul in addition to Brittany Bell. Cannon has made jokes about possibly having 12 children by next year, half of which would have arrived or be delivered in a two-year span.

Cannon’s procreating was a hot topic on Cocktails with Queens, and during the discussion, Vivica Fox expressed her concern about Cannon continuing to have more children. “I just, I don’t like it,” she said.

“Y’all can be like, ‘He got money,’ this, that, and the third. The foundation of Black families, especially a strong father figure, is needed,” Fox continued. “This just isn’t a good representation of it in my opinion.” Claudia Jordan agreed.

“I think Nick Cannon’s a great guy, I think he’s successful, and the same—we go in on people like Future and not to say that he’s the same, but it’s just, at the end of the day, there are a lot of—he’s so busy!” said Jordan. “Nick Cannon has an empire! He has an empire! So, do you have time for all these kids?”

Fox followed up by adding that there is a need for Black families, especially Black boys, to have a father figure in their lives who is doing more than writing a check.

Kanye West Hops On Instagram To Accuse Gap Of Holding A Meeting Without Him

A meeting without Kanye West? Impossible.

Or that’s how the 45-year-old seems to feel after his most recent Instagram post, anyway. On Tuesday (August 30), the father of four uploaded a photo of Yeezy Gap’s recently released reflective YR 3022 YZYGAP SHDZ sitting on a glass table.

“Gap held a meeting about me without me?” he captioned the upload, delivered less than 24 hours after Balenciaga unveiled its upcoming collaboration with Yeezy Gap, featuring leather zip-up jackets, long rubber boots, and a skin-tight suit.

Complex reached out to West’s rep for comment, though they did not respond in time for publication.

As the outlet notes, the DONDA rapper hasn’t had the strongest relationship with Gap in recent months – particularly after Ye faced backlash for selling his clothes out of large plastic trash bags at store locations across the country.

“This is how they are selling Yeezy GAP,” one Twitter user shared along with a since-viral photo earlier this month. “The sales associate said Ye got mad when he saw they had it on hangers and this is how he wanted it. They won’t help you find ur size too, you just have to just dig through everything.”

Speaking to Fox News shortly after, the “Stronger” hitmaker explained his side of things. “I’m an innovator, and I’m not here to sit up and apologize for my ideas,” he began.

“That’s exactly what the media tries to do: make us apologize for any idea that doesn’t fall under exactly the way they want us to think.”
