adidas ZX 8000 “Strawberry Latte” Covered In Pink And Cream

The adidas ZX 8000 is no longer the brand’s marquee running silhouette, but it continues to deliver compelling styles rooted in late-1980s performance design. Recently, the Torsion-bar supported silhouette has appeared in a “Strawberry Latte” colorway perfect for the impending spring and summer seasons.

High-quality mesh, suede and textured leather make up the majority of the pair’s upper, with plastic structural components arrive along the tongue and around the heel. Most of the aforementioned materials indulge in varying rose tones, though shades of cream also enter the mix to create a sweet beverage-reminiscent arrangement. Hits of light brown cover most of the adidas Originals‘ midsole; the aforementioned Torsion bar opts for a vibrant green that also animates adidas branding on the tongue, while milk-like finishes are applied to the surrounding pink and tan tread.
