First rumored in mid-December 2021, the Air Jordan 7 “Citrus” is set to return in July. Recently, official images of the predominantly “Black” pair have surfaced, all-but-confirming the sneaker’s summer release.

Debuted in 2006, the first-time retro has been taken out of the archives to help celebrate the silhouette’s 30th anniversary. As with its original drop, the upcoming proposition features nubuck construction throughout the majority of its upper, with deviations arriving in the form of contrast stitching across all upper panels, as well as the embroidered Jumpman logo at the lateral ankle and TPU “23”-branded accent on the spine. “Varsity Red” flair enters the mix via the tongue, with logos and undersides following a one-to-one replica of the non-Chicago Bulls-friendly colorway; geometric detailing across the Air Jordan‘s midsole and dimpled outsole also follow suit. The “Citrus” 7s may not have been as coveted, historically, as other takes on Tinker Hatfield’s fifth design for #23, but it’s sure to introduce a refreshing style to a new generation of footwear enthusiasts.

Enjoy official images of the pair ahead, and expect the retro to hit Nike SNKRS on Saturday, July 2nd, for $200 USD (adult). Kids’ sizes range from $150 USD (Grade School) to $65 USD (Toddler).
