JoJo Siwa was like greased lightnin’ when she stepped onto the Dancing With The Stars stage Monday (Oct. 18) for Grease night.
Channeling Olivia Newton-John from the classic ’70s film, Siwa teamed up with her dance partner Jenna Johnson for a foxtrot to “Look At Me, I’m Sandra Dee (Reprise)”.
The teenage singer and celeb has consistently impressed throughout the season, and tonight was no different.
“I absolutely love this partnership. That was a moment,” enthused judge Derek Hough, while Len Goodman said the dance was “superb.”
Carrie Ann Inaba described the performance as nothing short of flawless. “You leave me nothing to say,” she said, “other than this was perfection.”
And Bruno Tonioli added, “That was the most exquisite interpretation of the importance and power of friendship.”
The show’s first same-sex dance pair earned the first perfect score of the season, with a total of 40 out of 40. They’re now outright leaders in the competition.
