Tomorrow X Together’s Yeonjun and Taehyun dropped their stripped-down, home-recorded cover of The Kid LAROi & Justin Bieber’s summer smash “Stay” on Wednesday (Oct. 20). In the video for the remake the two K-Pop stars chill on a futon and share a mic for their take on the song that has spent seven of its 14 weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart.

In the 1:40 clip, TXT’s Yeonjun steps up first while sitting on a mattress on the floor in casual black comfy pants, a white sweatshirt and plaid slippers as a seemingly bored Taehyun scrolls away on his phone in the background.

He doesn’t stay still for long, though, bouncing into action with the lines, “Ain’t no way that I can leave you stranded/ ‘Cause you ain’t ever left me empty-handed/ And you know that I know that I can’t live without you/ So, baby, stay,” as Yeonjun adds some “who-oooh” backing vocals. The group, who’ve dropped a string of viral covers of songs including Shawn Mendes’ “In My Blood,” Ariana Grande’s “thank u, next,” Avenue Beat’s “F2020″ and Marteen’s “Sriracha,” are slated to release their first Japanese EP, Chaotic Wonderland, on Nov. 10.

In August, TXT released their repackaged album, The Chaos Chapter: Fight or Escape via HYBE and Republic Records, featuring three new songs: “LO$ER=LOvER;” the first track dedicated to their MOA fanbase, “MOA Diary (Dubaddu Wari Wari);” and the Emocore Mix of “0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You)” featuring Seori.
