The Nike Air Huarache is approaching the end of its 30th anniversary, but that hasn’t stopped it from emerging in compelling colorways. Case in point: a kid’s-exclusive black, blue and violet style reminiscent of the original Air Flight Huarache from 1992.
Mesh, neoprene and tumbled synthetic leather construction throughout the pair’s upper indulge in a pitch dark tone that sets the stage for the much more vibrant details that appear elsewhere. The sandal-inspired collar and tongue deviate from their surroundings in a light, but punchy blue, while the “NIKE”-branded heel strap boasts a semi-translucent purple finish. Underfoot, the sole unit favors a white arrangement, but reinforcement at high-wear zones across the outsole opt for multi-color Nike Grind material.
Enjoy official images of the pair here below, and anticipate a Nike.com launch soon.
Elsewhere under the Swoosh umbrella, an Off-White Air Force 1 Mid collaboration is in the works.
