Back in 2021, Carpet Company debuted their very first Nike Dunk High collaboration. And much like their 1-of-1 tees and boards, the shoe took on a loud, print-heavy aesthetic, with various motifs, symbols, and languages coming together as a whole. Their newest take on the same silhouette is quite a bit different, however, instead opting to build atop the BTTYS pack’s “Syracuse” colorway.

Carpet Company’s Dunk High actually cuts quite close to the pair it mimics. In both blocking and color, the shoe is indistinguishable at a very, very quick glance. But once you look closer, you’ll see that the deep orange of the leather overlays is worn away heavily across every panel, giving way to a lighter shade underneath. This warm, somewhat yellowed finish is applied to the collar and possibly the tongue label as well, hinting that there may be much more to the story.

For a quick look at the brand’s latest, take a peek below. Further details and additional imagery should surface soon.
