When it comes to loyalty, Kanye West has friends who are unshaken by his antics. There have been several sports and entertainment stars who, even in light of his controversial remarks, have defended Ye, often stating that itâs the world who doesnât understand the mogulâs message. The opposing side hasnât been as kind, but there is a third group who knows West well but hasnât said anything publicly, at all.
Consequence has been a collaborator and good friend of Westâs for decades, and during Yeâs current unraveling, Cons has issued a call. He shared a 12-minute video where he questioned why all of those artists who were signed to Yeâs G.O.O.D. Music have stayed silent.
âWhere is everybody else at?â he asked in a video. âIâm the only person that got a check with Ye? Huh? A bunch of n*ggas got a check with Ye, they like this though, âI donât f*ck around like that. I donât f*ck around like that. Heâs talkinâ about me on Drink Champs, Iâm out. Oh, he donât want to pay me no more, Iâm out.â
He continued: âI donât do the n*gga like that. Pay me, donât pay me. It donât matter, n*gga. I ainât gonâ see my man in trouble and be like, âOh, yeah, me and him had a one-two about this sh*t.’â
Cons said despite any âone-twoâ disagreements heâs ever had with West, he would always have his back. He also mentioned Westâs mother, Donda, and how he knew her personally.
âIâm Addressing ALL DRAMA Where is G.O.O.D. Music At???â Cons wrote in the caption. âYa man is surrounded and yâall just watching N*ggas looking like Track Stars.â
His video attracted mixed reactions as people commended him for standing by Westâs side, while others stated that just because someone may work with Ye, it doesnât mean they have to agree with how he moves. Itâs clear that Consequence will remain a vocal supporter, which is certainly something West needs as he battles it out in boardrooms as well as the court of public opinion.

Lil Baby is everywhere these days. Since dropping his third studio album Itâs Only Me earlier this month, the ATL native has been pulling all the stops to promote the critically acclaimed body of work. Over the weekend, the âHeyyâ rapper performed at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State Universityâs Homecoming Concert, among other heavy hitting artists, including Chloe Bailey, Nardo Wick and GloRilla.Â
While all the artists had highly praised performances, it was Baby and GloRillaâs behind the scenes moment that stole the show. In between performances, the rappers caught up with each other backstage, both surrounded by their teams, as the âF.N.F (Letâs Go)â star tried to teach the platinum-selling rapper her signature dance moves.Â

Lil Baby immediately embarked on yet another meme worthy moment while attempting his rendition of Gloâs dance from her âTomorrow 2â video featuring Cardi B. While everyone laughed on, GloRilla continued cheering Lil Baby on, while admiring dance moves. âYou did it. You got it!,â she laughed.Â
The comedic moment comes just days after the 22-year old Memphis native announced the release date and name of her debut project Anyways, Lifeâs GreatâŚ, dropping November 11th. She took to Twitter to tease the project, sharing with followers, âYâall itâs this one song on da EP that I know yâall gone throw so much a** to.â

As for Lil Baby, he still currently holds the number one spot on the Billboard 200 charts, thanks to Itâs Only Me becoming the yearâs biggest-selling LP. In a recent interview on Big Loonâs The Experience Podcast, the 27-year old star revealed that he now charges $300K-$350K for a feature.
âI donât even be doing features no more,â he told Big Loon when asked about his hefty price for guest appearances. â[I charge] Like, $300,000âŚ$350,000. But I ainât been doing features lately.âÂ
